We believe that we can contribute to society through business. Yet, we also recognize that there are things that business cannot handle with. Motherhouse acts for such things through various approaches.
Donating School Bags
The first social action of Motherhouse is to offer school bags to street children, who cannot go to school, in Bangladesh.
We donate school bags through Ekmattra, a NGO which aims for offering education to street children.
Emergency Support For The Cyclone Damage
November of 2007 big cyclone hit in Bangladesh Support the most damaged city; Cluna with part of Motherhouse's profit.
CEO Yamaguchi herself visited there to hear their needs and contributed 250 blankets and 200 pots.
